Konstantin Sibold regularly performs in the world’s top venues such as Berghain, Corsica Studios and Hï Ibiza and has appeared on Amsterdam’s Red Light Radio as well as at many festivals all over the world. Having played alongside the likes of Maceo Plex and John Talabot, he has worked his way up to become a highly respected and world-renowned artist in house and techno.
Whilst Konstantin studied engineering in Stuttgard he became one of Rocker 33’s youngest resident DJs. Just a few years after this he began hosting a party called COMMON SENSE PEOPLE with his close friend, Leif Muller. Hosting nights with the likes of DJ Koze and Levon Vincent, CSP became a very popular party, continuing to book some of biggest names in dance music such as Helena Hauff. The party emphasises and celebrates extended sets and Konstantin Sibold has been heavily influenced by this, sometimes DJing for as long as 9 hours himself.
Konstantin showed his versatility as a producer with his soul-sampling E.P. ‘Dome’ on the same label before bringing out ‘Mutter’ in 2016 on Running Back. This acidy techno single was voted 2016’s best track by the readers of Groove-magazin and also ensured Konstantin’s position as their 5th best producer and 13th best DJ of the year.
