System. presents: Cocoon In the Park – The After Party

Every year Cocoon In The Park throws its day-long festival in Leeds and attracts people from all over the Cocoon Empire. However after a day of fun and festivities there remains the infamous after party for which to enjoy until the early hours. Only for those that make it the whole way through the festival, the guys at System. will certainly be rewarding the remaining survivors.

Long-running night System. are hosting the after party at Mint Warehouse and aren’t afraid to bring along with them some powerful names. Leading the night session is head honcho of Cocoon, Sven Väth. His energetic mixing and heavy techno collection will certainly make it known that the sun has firmly set. Expect a journey of sound as he shows us why his label has stood the test of time.

See how things went down at his Boiler Room session:

Next up and the latest addition to the line-up is man of the moment Seth Troxler, renowned for his “alternative” take on a predominantly serious scene, he will no doubt bring some laughs and keep people going long into the night. Treading precariously between his outspoken character and undeniable talent both behind the decks and in the studio, Troxler never fails to entertain.

See some of his antics here as he reviews some tracks for FACT:

Accompanying these two is Enzo Siragusa, more recently know for the rise of his label Fuse and its iconic music or “fusic” as its known by some. Siragusa’s presence in the London and European house scenes is verified by his recent appearance on the Resident Advisor Exchange series, his frequenting of revered venues to the likes of DC10 and Space in Ibiza, and over a decade of experience working the London circuit.

From the experienced party people, expect System. and Cocoon to deliver something memorable this weekend.
